Our policy regarding refunds for enterprise-level software-as-a-service subscriptions.

Our Policy

Novaex provides enterprise-level software-as-a-service (SaaS) to business clients. Our services, subscription terms, fees, and payment schedules are governed by a legally binding Master Service Agreement (MSA) or other written contract signed between Novaex and each client.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, which involve significant setup, data integration, and ongoing support costs, we do not offer refunds on subscription fees already paid. All payments are final and non-refundable.

When a client subscribes to our services, they are committing to the full term and fees outlined in their signed agreement. This policy applies to all subscription plans and service fees.

Cancellation

Clients may choose to not renew their subscription at the end of their contract term by providing notice as specified in their MSA. However, cancellation prior to the end of the agreed-upon term does not relieve the client of their obligation to pay the full contract amount, nor does it entitle them to a refund for any fees already paid.

Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our finance department at billing@novaex.ai within 30 days of the invoice date. We will work with you to investigate and resolve any confirmed discrepancies.
